I'll mostly be blogging about children's literature - reading, writing and
illustrating it. I'll be sharing my ups and downs as well as some hints and tips -
plus recommendations regarding great middle-grade books.
A little bit about me - I love to write and illustrate humorous books. My favourite type of character to write are cantankerous old ladies. I hope to be one, one day, so it's great training! My latest book has an old lady in it called Great Aunt Grumbeloid (see accompanying illustration).
Anyway, I will add my thoughts as regularly as possible, but in the meantime, remember one thing: You're never too old to enjoy a middle-grade book!
